This Iconic building was opened in 1914 originally a Glasgow Corporation tram terminal and newsagent,and was once described "as the most exotic tram shelter in Scotland.

It was rescued in 1993 and after a long process of renovation was reopened as "Battlefield Rest" Italian restaurant. 

As a Glasgow based artist I am inspired by the culture, landmarks and nostalgia of the Glasgow and Scottish culture. 
I make original hand printed lino cut images using traditional methods.
My prints work well in the tradition as well as contemporary setting.
